About me
My journey has and continues to be a deep exploration into the core of who I am, to live fully and authentically.
I have always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface, with an unwavering belief that the greatest treasures are found in our most challenging depths. It is through my own search for meaning, connection and self acceptance that I have explored many different modalities for healing and growth.
I have spent over a decade pursuing transformation of our external world at a systemic and structural level through the design of interactions, services, organisations and systems. However, slowly but steadily the things I learned and witnessed led me to the belief that inner transformation is one of the most powerful ways in which we can change not only our own lives but those of the people, communities and world around us. It all begins within.
I work with clients 1:1 as a transformational coach while also studying psychoanalytic psychotherapy (having previously completed a certificate in psychotherapy and counselling). While I currently only offer coaching, my study and interests in psychotherapy do reveal themselves in my coaching style, which is client-led, open, explorative and challenging within a supportive and non-judgemental space.
