What is transformational coaching, & how does it differ from traditional life coaching?

Unlike traditional coaching, which often focuses on achieving specific goals, I work with clients to try and uncover underlying patterns and behaviours which may be hindering personal growth, offering a holistic approach to self-discovery and development.
